Through high-flow cleaning oil washing, it can remove the dust and debris, lubricant and other dirt on the surface of the roll material, preventing it from entering the levelling machine and servo feeder along with the roll material and affecting the levelling effect and slipping phenomenon. Ultra-thin oil film can avoid the smoke generated during laser blanking and improve the cutting quality, while the regular oil film can increase the lubricity during press blanking.
