The Phase II Transfer Press Automation Production Line Provided by Aotto for Shanghai Yuanhe Successfully Put into Production

　　Shanghai Yuanhe Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is a designated supplier of the German ZF Group and has had long-term cooperation with Aotto.

　　Aotto designed and manufactured the phase II U310 transfer press automated production line, which mainly produces automotive transmission system, steering system, chassis system and other automotive spare parts.

　　The phase II production line for Yuanhe consists of six presses, with the transfer of parts between equipment completed by a three-axis multi-station system. The multi-station part transfer cycle is synchronized with the six-step stamping process. Finally, parts exit through a conveyor belt after the last process and are manually placed into wire mesh containers. The entire line can perform diverse forming processes and produce various sheet metal parts with different designs.

　　Tri-coordinate linear transfer system

　　The phase II transfer press production line of Yuanhe adopts the tri-coordinate linear transfer system independently developed and designed by Aotto, which has high feeding and positioning accuracy, high structural rigidity, fast production beat, and can transport workpieces of varying heights and non-collinear positions on the conveyor line, with strong adaptability and a wide range of station expansion.

　　There are 23 transmission stations in the whole line of Yuanhe Phase II, with 15spm of empty running beat, 9 times/minute of actual production beat, and maximum load of 40kg. The whole line adopts the key technologies of full-automatic, self-adaptive, big data, intelligent control, etc., which realizes mutual communication and real-time control of the data.

　　During the project implementation, Aotto maintained seamless coordination and good communication with Shanghai Yuanhe. With only 15 days for on-site installation and commissioning, the Aotto team managed the project meticulously, coordinated arrangements, worked overtime, and completed the installation and commissioning tasks on time and in good quality, ensuring the user's production schedule and receiving full recognition and high praise from the customer.

　　The III Jingjiang Sanpeng transfer press automation production line provided by Aotto for ZF Group is under intense debugging and will be put into production operation soon.
